He has presented numerous concerts and performances in the Czech Republic and abroad (Florence, Milan, Rome, Aalborg, Aarhus, Artstetten). He is a laureate of several singing competitions, a finalist of the International Antonín Dvořák Singing Competition and the absolute winner and holder of the Czech Radio Award at the International Song Competition B. Martinů. Since May 2015, he has been a guest at the National Theatre Opera, and has also appeared at the Divadlo F. X. Šalda Theatre, Josef Kajetán Tyl Theatre, he has been a guest at the National Theatre Moravian-Silesian Theatre and others. His concert activity is also rich. In addition to his songwriting, he has collaborated with a number of important chamber ensembles, such as the Bennewitz Quartet, the Epoque Quartet and others. He has also sung as a soloist with leading Czech orchestras and performed at major Czech music festivals.
Sophia Lamoš is a Czech jazz singer born in Austria. In 2010 she moved to Prague, where she soon became involved in the Czech music scene. One of her first successes was a solo performance with the Prague Film Orchestra at the Rudolfinum in Prague in 2012. Soon she and her sister formed the swing band HOT SISTERS. With this band they released the CD “Swing is my king”, sang and played in the film Lída Baarová and now they are collaborating with Petr Kroutil and his Original Vintage Orchestra. Their professional history also includes collaborations with international singers such as Lorenzo Thompson (Chicago) and Chuck Wansely (Los Angeles).
Pavel studied violin and singing at the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory in Prague. His professional career started in 1999 when he joined Ondřej Havelka’s Melody Makers as a singer in the men’s quartet The Swings, with whom he has been active ever since. Since then he has also collaborated with the excellent pianist Jakub Šafr. Behind the microphones of various swing orchestras, he has met and sung with many personalities, such as Jiří Suchý, Pavlína Filipovská, Josef Zíma, Milan Lasica, Leona Machálková, Sabina Laurinová, P. Janda and others. Among his theatrical activities, he has guest-starred at the Semafor Theatre (among others in the play Bouquet) and collaborated with the choir of the Prague State Opera. As a violinist he accompanied several titles at the Vinohrady Theatre and the Činoherní klub Theatre. His latest project is a concert programme of swing evergreens with Czech texts (V+W, Jos. Kainar, J. Suchý, Vl. Dvořák, Zd. Borovec, J. K. Novák…). He has appeared with violin or vocals on dozens of CDs, from swing, folk, country and bluegrass to world music (among others Pavlína Jíšová, Juraj Bartoš, Jana Kirschner, Radka Fišarová, etc.).
Klára Klánská (2004) started playing the violin at the age of five under the guidance of Prof. Ludmila Štětinová. During her studies she participated in many competitions. Her most important achievements include winning the national round of the MŠMT competition (2014 and 2017), 2nd prize in the International Competition of PhDr. Josef Micky in Prague (2013, 2014, 2017), 2nd prize in the Archetti in Moravia competition in Kroměříž and 1st prize in chamber music at the Talents for Europe competition in Dolny Kubin, which she won in duo with her brother Adam. As the winner of the Talent of Prague 5 competition she also performed solo with the PKF – Prague Philharmonia Orchestra. She has been working with the same orchestra since September 2023 as a member of the Orchestral Academy. In 2022 she won the Václav Hudeček Academy in Luhačovice and in the following years she performed as a soloist with the West Bohemian Symphony Orchestra and the Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic Orchestra. She is now a fifth year student at the Prague Conservatory, where she studies with Prof. Pavel Kudelásek.
She studied piano at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague with Prof. Ivan Klánský and chamber music at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien with Avedis Kouyoumdjian. She is a laureate of many Czech and international competitions. She has many successful recitals, chamber performances and concerts with leading Czech orchestras. She has participated in international master classes under the direction of A. Kouyoumjian, P. Jasmin, J. Meissl, E. Epshtein, V. Ashkenazi, I. Klánský and M. Perrahia. As a soloist she has collaborated with the Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra Pardubice, the Hradec Králové Philharmonic, the Pilsen Philharmonic, the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra and the Czech Philharmonic. She has recorded a CD of solo works by P.I. Tchaikovsky. She is an active and long-standing chamber music and piano collaborator with many leading Czech soloists and singers. She is currently working at the Prague Conservatory and HAMU.
After studying contrabass, new media and sound design at the Prague Conservatory and at the Universität Mozarteum in Slazburg, Dalibor pursued a career as a double bassist as well as sound direction and DJing. Since 2008 he has been concertmaster of the double bass section of the Salzburg Chamber Soloists and regularly works with the Philharmonie Salzburg. He founded the duo Technophobix, officially sponsored by Yamaha Instruments. From 2005 to 2010 he worked at the Universität Mozarteum in Salzburg as an assistant professor for sound design and new media. In 2011-12 he was concertmaster of the double bass section of the Toledo Symphony Orchestra in Spain. Since 2013 he has been the artistic director of the Live City agency. He is also interested in composition and musical arrangement.
