Protection of Personal Information
In accordance with the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data (GDPR) and related regulations, as amended, the Live City s.r.o. guarantees privacy of personal data of customers and to provide the data with sufficient protection in order to prevent from unauthorized or accidental access to them, their changes, destruction or loss, their unauthorized transmissions, processing as well as other misuse. Personal data shall not be sold or transferred to third parties and will be used exclusively for the purposes of Live City s.r.o.
Live City s.r.o. is processing the personal data for the purpose of conclusion and fulfillment of rights and obligations resulting from a contract. The processed personal data will get top protection in compliance with legal regulations concerning personal data protection.
Live City s.r.o. procesed personal data in exactly the same form which has been provided by a customer in accordance with the stipulated purpose for which they have been processed and in a scope being necessary for the fulfillment of this purpose. The company stores the personal data for a period necessary for their processing
